Event Calendar - Event View

This year's General Meeting and Holiday Dinner will be held at the Odd Fellows Hall, 520 Dana Street, San Luis Obispo on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Please plan on arriving at 5:30 PM. Dinner will be served at 6:00.

Dinner will be served by Delicious Catering by Debbie Dugan and will include:

• Holiday salad with mixed baby greens, candied cranberries, sliced apples, roasted pistachios, and a homemade orange tangerine poppyseed dressing.
• Chicken and beef skewers with fresh mushrooms and assorted vegetables marinated in a light asian sauce over a mix of blended rices.  
• Vegetarian choice is assorted vegetarian kebabs served over a mix of blended rices. Please indicate your vegetarian preference during online registration.
• Brian’s sourdough rolls/butter.
• Dessert is sticky toffee pudding with a warm homemade butterscotch sauce a la mode.
• Provided drinks will include water, lemonade and iced tea.
• Your own beer or wine are allowed at this event.

The event is limited to 80 people. Online registration is required. If you sign up but are not able to attend, please let us know so someone on the wait list may take your place. Registration closes on November 28th to give the caterer time to prepare. There is no charge for club members, but a $33 fee will be charged for non-member guests.
